About Me

I am a pre-licensed therapist in New York City with an advanced degree in mental health counseling and special interest in sport and performance psychology.

I find meaning and purpose in learning from my clients’ experiences, helping them gain self-understanding, and guiding them toward a more meaningful, authentic life. Drawing on evidence-based treatments and my passion for supporting others through this wild journey called life, I provide high-quality care.

I recognize that each person’s needs are unique, so I tailor my approach accordingly. I have experience providing individual therapy for adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, interpersonal challenges, emotion dysregulation, and sport- and performance-related issues. Above all, my work prioritizes your goals within a warm, honest, and non-judgmental environment. If you’re feeling unsure about starting therapy, I’d advise you to follow Nike’s advice: Just Do It.

Before earning my provisional license, I worked in research labs and provided counseling at the Center for Counseling and Community Wellbeing. Alongside therapy, I am pursuing certification in mental performance consulting (MPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). In this role, I support athletes, coaches, and parents in achieving peak performance, overcoming mental barriers, building mental toughness, and enhancing overall well-being. My interest in MPC comes from my own experiences as an athlete and my passion for advancing the field of sport psychology. To learn more about the MPC services I offer, click here.

I currently work under the supervision of clinical psychologist, Dr. Karthik Gunnia, and mental performance consultant, Dr. Jason Rich.
